Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and SiferTech ("CREO", "we", "us") for your use of the CREO website and app. By creating an account, ticking the sign-up box, buying credits or using CREO, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CREO.

1. The service

CREO helps businesses create layered social-media designs and captions in English and Indian languages, using your brand kit, your photos and AI. CREO prepares posts; you approve and post them yourself. CREO never posts to your social accounts on its own. Features may change as the product develops, and some are marked early access.

2. Who can use CREO

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. If you use CREO for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that business. Anyone you invite to a brand must accept these terms too.

3. Your account

Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password safe (at least eight characters). You are responsible for everything done under your account and by people you invite. Tell us at support@sifertech.com straight away if you think someone else has access.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of your brand materials, photos, business details, briefs and captions. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and show that content only to run CREO for you, including sending it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to advertise CREO or sell it. You promise you have the rights to everything you upload, including people's consent to use their photos.

5. AI-generated designs and copy

CREO uses AI to suggest ideas, write captions, fix spelling and grammar and produce designs. AI can be wrong. Before you use anything, check names, prices, offers, dates, product details, health or financial claims and any text in Indian languages. Spelling and grammar suggestions, including the "Fix spelling & grammar" button and your browser's live spellcheck, are suggestions only; you decide what to keep.

Subject to these terms and to third-party terms (fonts, stock assets, AI providers), you may use the designs and copy CREO makes for you for any lawful business purpose. We do not promise that output is unique, exclusive, protected by copyright or free of third-party rights. Other users may get similar output.

6. Acceptable use

Under Indian law (including the Information Technology Rules, 2021) you must not use CREO to create, upload or publish content that:

• is obscene, pornographic or paedophilic, or sexual content involving anyone under 18;
• shares intimate images of someone without their consent, or invades their privacy;
• impersonates a real person, or passes off a real person's name, face or voice as a genuine endorsement;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or insults a religion, caste or community;
• threatens the unity, security or public order of India, or encourages violence or self-harm;
• advertises tobacco, gutkha, betting, gambling or real-money gaming, illegal drugs or weapons;
• makes "miracle cure" or other medical claims banned by Indian law, or misleading ads under consumer-protection and ASCI rules;
• misuses the State Emblem of India or other protected national symbols;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, or spreads false information;
• breaks the policies of the platform you post to (for example Meta's Instagram and Facebook policies).

You must also not try to break CREO's security, scrape it, overload it, resell it, get around its credit system or content checks, or use it to build a competing AI service.

7. Automatic content checks

To keep CREO and its users safe, we automatically check briefs, captions, hashtags, text you type on designs and AI output against the rules above, using keyword checks and AI moderation. A request that fails is refused with a short reason, and no credits are used for it. Automated checks are not perfect. They can miss things or block something harmless. You remain responsible for what you create and publish. If you think a block was a mistake, email support@sifertech.com.

8. AI labels

Every image CREO exports carries a hidden, machine-readable note that it was made with CREO and may contain AI-generated content. Do not remove it. Platforms such as Instagram and Facebook may read it and show their own AI label. Where the law or a platform requires a visible "AI-generated" label, adding it is your responsibility.

9. Credits, plans and payments

Generating designs uses CREO credits. CREO shows how many credits an action costs before you confirm it. If generation fails, the credits held for it are released. You can buy a monthly plan, which is paid for one month at a time and does not auto-renew, or a one-off credit pack. Prices are in Indian rupees and include any taxes shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. Credits you buy don't expire while your account is open. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

If you are charged in error or twice, email support@sifertech.com and we will refund it. Other refunds are at our discretion or where the law requires. If a payment is refunded or reversed, we remove the unspent credits it bought. Any free early-access credits may be changed or withdrawn.

10. Third-party services

CREO relies on outside services, including AI model providers, cloud hosting, Razorpay and the social platforms you post to. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

11. Our intellectual property

The CREO software, website, templates, brand and design system belong to SiferTech or its licensors. These terms give you the right to use CREO, not to copy, modify or reverse engineer it.

12. Reports, removal and grievances

If you believe content made with CREO breaks the law or these terms, contact the grievance officer below. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within the time set by the IT Rules, 2021. We may remove content, disable features or suspend accounts that break these rules. When we do, we keep the records the law requires, and we cooperate with lawful requests from Indian authorities.

13. Disclaimer

CREO is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a post will reach any particular audience or result. Nothing in CREO is legal, medical, tax or financial advice.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SiferTech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid CREO in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to compensate SiferTech for claims, losses and costs caused by content you upload or publish, or by your breach of these terms or the law.

16. Suspension and closing your account

You can stop using CREO and delete your account at any time from Settings. The Privacy Policy explains what that deletes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put CREO or other users at risk. We will tell you why unless the law prevents us. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 4, 13–15 and 17) continue after your account closes.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. [courts with jurisdiction to be added before launch] Before going to court, please email support@sifertech.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CREO changes. We will change the date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using CREO after that, you accept the new terms.

Complaints about your data or about content made with CREO go to the grievance contact above (Information Technology Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. Reports of intimate or sexual images of a person shared without consent, or impersonation, are acted on within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
